Here are some links to activities that can be completed every day.
These are online classrooms which can teach you a range of subjects
Storyline Online - streams videos featuring famous actors reading children’s books.
The Book of Hopes - shares words and pictures to comfort, inspire and entertain. This collection of short stories, poems, essays and pictures has contributions from many well-known children’s authors.
Love Reading 4 Kids - recommends books, categorised by age range and topic, covering fiction and non-fiction.
Oxford Owl - is another useful guide to phonics for parents.
Audible – all children’s audiobooks and stories are available for free whilst schools are closed. They can be streamed on a desktop, laptop, phone or tablet.
Elevenses with the World of David Walliams – one free audio book reading is available to listen to every day. You can also catch up on previous chapters and there are fun activities too.
The Children’s Poetry Archive– an archive of spoken poetry recordings. Children can listen to poems read out loud.

Smiling Mind – Short audio sessions to help with mindfulness
Cosmic Yoga – Yoga videos designed for children aged 3 and above
BBC Supermovers – Interactive videos to support with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Maths, English, RSHE and PE learning. It is great for times tables.
Go Noodle – Hundreds of ‘brainercise’, dancing, strength and mindfulness videos.
Premier League Stars – Videos and activities to support Maths, English, RSHE and PE.
Newsround – Keep children up to date with the world around them.

Firstsite - ‘Create at Home’ is part of Firstsite’s ‘Art is Where the Home is’, a programme of activities to inspire everyone at home to get making.
